Yes, this is possible if it is discussed directly between the client and the consultant and both agree to hold the session on a different date. In this case, whoever requested the rescheduling (client or consultant) must send proof of the agreement (for example, the e-mail conversation between both parties) to More About before the original start time of the session.

A session will only be rescheduled when the other party agrees to the request. Otherwise, the original session time is valid. It is not possible to reschedule a session with a different consultant or with a different duration.

Problems and consultant's absence from a session must be reported by email to [email protected] within 24 hours of the session end time. If no problems or absences are reported after 24 hours of the end of the session, no refund can be requested.

The main requirement is the willingness to share your journey. However, at this moment, we only accept consultants who have a bank account in a country located in the European Union for bureaucratic reasons. After completing our application form, consultants will be accepted or not based primarily on our current demand.

The hourly price is determined by the consultant. The prices should vary between 20 euros and 300 euros per hour.

Each More About consultant must pass an identification check. However, we cannot check the accuracy of all the information they provide. Therefore, it is important that before the session you take a look at their LinkedIn and other websites that can provide evidence about the reliability of the information provided by the consultants. Besides that, check the consultant rate provided by other clients. If you want to report a consultant's profile that is presenting false information, contact us and we will guarantee the anonymity of your report.
