It is mandatory to book your session at least 3 days (72 hours) in advance. This allows the consultants to ensure their availability and to prepare for the session.
In case the client cancels the session at least 24 hours (one day) before its beginning, they will receive a refund. However, 1.00 (one) euro will be retained by More About for compensation of transactional costs.
In case the client cancels the session within 24 hours of its beginning, no refund will be provided.
Problems and consultant's absence from a session must be reported by email to [email protected] within 24 hours of the session end time. If no problems or absences are reported after 24 hours of the end of the session, no refund can be requested.
The primary requirement is a willingness to share your journey. Currently, due to bureaucratic reasons, we only accept consultants who have a bank account in a country within the European Union. Additionally, consultants must have a Google account to host the sessions. Note that it is not necessary to have a Gmail account to have a Google account.
Upon completing our application form, candidates will have their motivations and CVs reviewed. If their profile aligns with our current needs, they will be invited to an online meeting with our team at More About. This meeting will allow us to learn more about each other. If our expectations are mutually aligned, the candidate will be invited to become a consultant.
The hourly price is determined by the consultant. The prices should vary between 20 euros and 300 euros per hour.
Before being featured on our website, each More About consultant undergoes an identification check, a CV review, and an interview with our team. However, we cannot verify all the information they provide. Therefore, it is important that you review their LinkedIn profile and other relevant websites to ensure the accuracy of the information they have provided. Additionally, consider the consultant's ratings from other clients.
If you come across a consultant's profile with false information, please report it to us. We guarantee the anonymity of your report.
